Company Policies
At Aby’s Cleaning Service LLC, we are committed to providing professional, punctual, and high-quality service. To ensure a smooth and satisfying experience, please consider the following policies and recommendations:
Service Hours
We work Monday to Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The schedule will be arranged in advance with you.
Appointment Confirmation
You must confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If confirmation is not received, the appointment may be automatically canceled.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations are subject to a 30% service fee.
Access to Your Home
The client must ensure access to the home on the day of service. If we are unable to enter, a $25 no-show fee will apply.
Before We Arrive
To help us serve you better and work efficiently, please:
- Remove items from kitchen and bathroom counters (utensils, food, makeup, dryers, clothes, etc.).
- Keep floors free of toys, clothes, or other objects.
- Note: Dishwashing and laundry are not included.
- We clean high areas within a reasonable and safe reach.
- We do not move heavy furniture for safety reasons.
Payment Methods
Payment must be made on the same day of service. We accept:
- Cash
- Zelle
- Cash App
- Personal checks
Additional Services
We offer oven, refrigerator, and exterior window cleaning for an additional cost. These must be requested in advance.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
We want you to be completely satisfied. If there’s any detail you’re not happy with, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return at no extra cost to fix it.
Safety and Valuables
We are commercially insured. In case of accidental damage, it must be reported immediately. We recommend storing fragile or valuable items before cleaning.
